Visa application assistance
Passport Services
New passport and renewal assistance
3. Booking Process
3.1 Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from third-party providers
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and confirmation email from us
- Prices displayed are subject to change until booking is confirmed
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate and complete information including:
- Full name as per government-issued ID
- Valid contact details (phone, email)
- Passport details for international travel
- Special requirements (dietary, medical, accessibility)
Important: Incorrect information may result in booking cancellation without refund.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods

4.2 Payment Schedule
- Full Payment: Required at the time of booking for most services
- Partial Payment: Minimum 50% advance for customized packages (balance due 7 days before travel)
- Last-Minute Bookings: 100% payment required for bookings within 7 days of travel
4.3 GST & Taxes
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST and taxes unless stated otherwise. GST invoices will be provided for all transactions.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by User

5.2 Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation approval
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Third-party provider cancellation policies may apply and could be more restrictive
- Non-refundable bookings (flights, special events) are clearly marked at the time of booking
5.3 Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements.
6. User Responsibilities
Travel Documents
Ensure you have valid passports, visas, and other required documents. We are not liable for denied entry due to invalid documents.
Health & Insurance
Obtain necessary vaccinations and travel insurance. Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your travel.
Punctuality
Arrive at departure points on time. We are not responsible for missed connections due to late arrival.
Conduct
Behave respectfully towards other travelers, staff, and local communities. Illegal activities will result in immediate termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability

AJ Services acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators)
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during travel
- Personal injury, illness, or death during the trip
- Natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events
- Denial of entry by immigration authorities
- Changes in government regulations, visa policies, or travel restrictions
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural Events
Earthquakes, floods, cyclones, pandemics, epidemics
Political Events
War, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions
Infrastructure Failures
Power outages, internet disruptions, system failures
Strikes & Labor Issues
Transportation strikes, labor disputes
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or refunds as per third-party provider policies.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, images, videos
- Software, code, and functionality
- Trademarks, service marks, and trade names
- Package itineraries and descriptions
are the exclusive property of AJ Services and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
Prohibited: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian data protection laws.

If disputes cannot be resolved through grievance redressal, they shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Ajmer, Rajasthan, and proceedings shall be in English.
11.3 Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
12. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
We will notify users of significant changes through:
